Wow! I cant say enough about my experience with Cowboy Toyota! I live about 3 hours away from Dallas, been dealing with a local Toyota dealer in Longview for years and wasn't real happy with them, so, I Toyota! From the beginning Liane Mann, my salesperson was great, knew what she was taking about, knew the car, knew financing, was super nice & very helpful! She even had the owner call me to answer some questions I had! The deal went very smooth, very informative, no problems whatsoever! Then, Liane had my car delivered to my home from Dallas! I was so excited, I hate to travel any distance and was not looking forward to driving to Dallas! I am a detail oriented person and like to see all the numbers used to determine the total cost, down payment and monthly payment. Liane presented all the information to me and explained the numbers in detail. I like working with Liane because I felt an immediate sense of trust. She has the knowledge and experience of Toyota Cars and SUV and walked me through the electronic package when I picked up the car. She offered to demonstrate all the options again to my wife if needed. I am very glad that I met Liane and we have started doing business together. In the future; as this lease comes to end, I plan to call Liane and request her to assist me with my next lease. I only do business with people that I respect and trust and who have high moral and business standards. Liane meets and exceeds the standards that I use to measure people.
