Justin Auchter I had my first accident & had never had to deal with car repairs on my own before. I then went to see Justin Auchter @ Cowboy Toyota who immediately made me feel comfortable & answered every question with such patience. Justin was very thorough, making arrangements for a rental car & making sure I understood all that was to be expected. Justin is very knowledgeable & offered me his extensive expertise. I am very grateful to Justin for making what could have been a difficult experience so much easier for me. I was more than pleased when I got my car back. The service department is great. I had a transmission issue with my 2013 Camry and visited another Toyota Dealerships in Richardson that was not able to fix the issue. In another attempt to fix my car, I stopped in Cowboy Toyota and was greeted by Shelly Jackowski in the Service Department. She was very friendly and listened to my issue. She called Terry from service and had him ride with me to determine what the issue may be. Terry was very helpful and had me set an appointment so I could leave my car. Together, they made me feel like Customer Service was a number 1 priority. After leaving my car, they fixed the issue the first time. Great Job. More
