Mr. Tiger Pet Fish, We are disappointed to see you were so unsatisfied with your visit to County Line. Unfortunately it is impossible to have the exact trim, specifications and model for every customers needs, although County Line exceeds the needs of the great majority of our customers. The vehicle you were looking for, a standard transmission pick up truck, is not a vehicle widely produced by Nissan and it just so happened we did not have one that day. I currently have two. We are so excited to hear that you purchased a new Nissan elsewhere and welcome you to the family. Since we know you are a person of intelligence, we are so surprised to see your derogatory review of the dealership based on your visit. Since I personally dealt with you during your time with us, and explained that we would be happy to accommodate the location of any vehicle you desired for your purchase. It also saddens me to see that you would plug another dealership on our review page. There's not much honor in that. Wishing you the best of luck in the future. Quinn Bannon, sales manager,(203) 758 8221.

We have reached out to this customer, and hopefully the resulting service led him to change his mind about County Line. We hope that they will come back and see us again soon!

County Line has a 40 year history of strong customer satisfaction and 100% compliance with Connecticut State mandated used vehicle warranty laws. In the case of the 2002 Ford Explorer purchased by Ms. Girard, County Line operated both within the guidelines of those laws and with the best intentions in mind. The delay in delivery of the vehicle to Ms. Girard was due to the completion of mechanical reconditioning work (unrelated to her claims) on the vehicle and parts availability. As the Explorer is a 2002 and therefore nine years old, the vehicle was sold to the customer “AS IS” and with no warranty coverage. This disclosure was made in writing and attested to by the customer on multiple documents. County Line is always willing to listen to all concerns that a customer may have and then do our very best to assist when possible. Unfortunately, Ms. Girard did not give County Line that opportunity. Instead, she took the vehicle to a separate repair facility and was sold over $1500 worth of work that County Line can not verify or be held responsible for. Unfortunately and because Ms. Girard did not consult County Line prior to making these repairs and because the truck was sold “AS IS”, we strongly dispute Ms. Girard’s accusations and believe her comments are based on her regrets for approving the service work at another facility. County Line acted in full compliance of Connecticut’s used car warranty laws and regrets Ms. Girard’s dissatisfaction.
