I went to this dealer not expecting to actually complete a sale. I purchased a new 2002 Altima from them ten years ago. They were not my first choice to start shopping because they weren't close to my hou a sale. I purchased a new 2002 Altima from them ten years ago. They were not my first choice to start shopping because they weren't close to my house. Matt greeted us at the door. He explored our preferences and price range. While I was looking at new cars I also indicated I could be interested in a year-old model with extras as long as I did not have to pay the original full price for them. He made me a sweet deal on one of several 2011 models. We negotiated a sale price and then haggled over the value of my trade-in. Hours before the sale we phoned them with second thoughts because after reviewing MSRPs on similar cars we felt the discount should have been a little more. They agreed to meet our new price. In general, I think the experience at County Line Nissan was a good as you can get. They were good to us and we felt good about everything. I plan on going back to Matt when my other old car is ready for replacement. More
I visited the dealership to test drive and purchase a manual transmission vehicle, yet the dealership had none in stock. I was simply told they would call me if they received one in stock, and that was manual transmission vehicle, yet the dealership had none in stock. I was simply told they would call me if they received one in stock, and that was that. There was no subsequent phone call and no attempt to try to find a vehicle for me to test drive. One week later I drove down to Bruce Bennett Nissan who did have one in stock and met with Sebastian Merino who was a very helpful and interested member of the sales staff. He encouraged me to test drive both manual and auto transmission to feel the difference, as well as to drive both a SV and Pro versions of the Frontier to feel the difference in suspension. Sebastian was very informative, and worked hard to find a good fit for me. Two days later I provided the specifications for the vehicle I wanted, though they did not have one in stock; however, Sebastian was able to get the vehicle into my hands and the deal successfully closed out by the end of that week. Plus, the vehicle had additional options that I was not asked to pay for. Bruce Bennett Nissan is the way to go! Had County Line Nissan made any attempt to find a match for my needs, the business could have been theirs. More

I was in County Line Nissan the other day to see about a new Altima, and was approached by the kindest gentleman by the name of Quinn James. I actually only came in to look for a car for my daughter who wou new Altima, and was approached by the kindest gentleman by the name of Quinn James. I actually only came in to look for a car for my daughter who would be traveling back and forth to school, (Needed Something Reliable) Conn-N.C. and I knew Nissan's were perfect for that. Now because of the way he described in full detail all the safety measures they've taken and the ratings it got, I myself felt obligated to trade my Camry in for a new Altima. I'm happy to say that I've been over-satisfied with the car and the salesman who introduced me to this fine vehicle, in addition my daughter loves her car. So, I say to Quinn James and the rest of the County Line Nissan employess a Big Thank-you for your assistance and contribution to a fading industry, for if it had more persons like you I'm pretty sure there would be no problem getting a vehicle. Awesome Job Thank You Again Brian Scott More
We had a great experience at County Line Nissan! The whole process from beginning to end was very pleasant. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured at any time and whole process from beginning to end was very pleasant. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured at any time and left in my 2010 Hyundai Elantra feeling like I had made all the right decisions. Thank you County Line! More
Like everyone else, I was apprehensive at first when choosing a new car. So many options, and then you have to deal with the salespeople...it can all be a little overwhelming. But thank goodness I cam choosing a new car. So many options, and then you have to deal with the salespeople...it can all be a little overwhelming. But thank goodness I came to the right place when I bought my New Nissan Altima. After a while the numbers prices and incentives all start to look the same, but that is where County Line Nissan stands apart from the rest. The level of professionalism experienced was unparalleled and the staff as a whole was very helpful and answered all of my questions. (And I ask a great deal of questions.) In particular, there was an employee by the name of Quinn Bannon who really blew me away. His patience and genuine nature is really what helped me close the deal. I could tell that I wasn't just another number on a whiteboard, I never felt like I was just another "sale". I could tell that he actually cared about making me happy and his attention to detail was only matched by his impeccable business acumen. I came to County Line Nissan to purchase one of my first vehicles, a 2011 Nissan Maxima I'd been to other dealerships, to try out different models and such from my internet research. But I never got that s vehicles, a 2011 Nissan Maxima I'd been to other dealerships, to try out different models and such from my internet research. But I never got that sense of customer service that I felt at County Line. For one thing , the moment I entered other dealerships I felt like a victim or waiting for that con-man type car salesman to really pressure me into buying a certain model/make with all the options etc. At county line Quinn never gave me sort of pressure. He offered the kind of advice a good friend would when selecting the vehicle as well as the best options for my price range. Although I know dealerships have to make a buck too, the salesman worked well with me to establish the best price and satisfaction with my purchase. I think this is probably one of the most important factors beyond service/quality of actual car itself. Its the honesty and hard work in trying to help someone get what they're looking for. and I couldn't be any more happy with my car. In regards to post-car sale, any minor issues I did have I took up with the service department, with a pretty pleasant experience I gotta say. I'd been to service dept at BMW and Mercedes in the past for my parents/family's cars and had always felt there was a smug attitude there. Making the customer feel dumb or stupid for not knowing about the details of car fixing (how would one know if they weren't a car mechanic?) I honestly felt at those places my family was getting marked up service all the time! (I probably shouldn't go into how the luxury car brands staff are with sales, but it was pretty much the same smug attitude like the cars sells themselves i.e. not very helpful) In contrast, my experience with the service dept at County Line was a pleasant surprise. I felt the price as well as the service were in accordance with my expectations. Sometimes all it takes to make a customer happy is being polite and helpful. It's that easy. More
I've been going to County line for the past 10 years and every time I go there they remember my name and treat me like a member of the family. This was the 4th car I bought or leased, they always give me every time I go there they remember my name and treat me like a member of the family. This was the 4th car I bought or leased, they always give me a great deal. I worked with Sal and last time he found a car for me at another dealer. They had it in Middlebury the next day. I will always use County Line. More
Brought my Maxima in for noise in the rear end and clunking noise in left front tire. Dealer said they couldn't hear anything, did not fix. Continued to have the problem and brought it back. They r clunking noise in left front tire. Dealer said they couldn't hear anything, did not fix. Continued to have the problem and brought it back. They resolved the noise in the rear end but did nothing for the front end. Brought it to a dealer in Shelton and they not only heard the noise but also replaced both front strut mounts(there was a service bulletin put out by Nissan, apparently County line Nissan didn't bother to check) and struts and resolved the issue. Just dropped off the car at County Line for the same noise in the rear end. This time County Line says rear ends do make noise and that they were not going to make the same repair they made last time. Told me they didn't think they could do anything about it! The service at this dealer is terrible!!!! I will never buy a car from them again and I will let my friends know to steer clear of this dealership. More
County Line auto Sold me a car with so many safty issues its hard to believe. Im a dissabled veteran with a child. My wife was driving the car and had to take it to a mechanic because of a severe wolbling its hard to believe. Im a dissabled veteran with a child. My wife was driving the car and had to take it to a mechanic because of a severe wolbling in the car. The mechanic found the tie rods, the axel in front and the wheel berrings to be extrmely bad. County line stated that they did a comprehensive safty inspection prior to delivery. However, it simply took the mechanic we used placing his hand on the back wheel to find out how much it wobbled. My wife and I simply wanted to be re-paid for the service that were necessary to make it safe for me, my wife and my five year old son to ride in. After talking to the used car manager Bill Dolan my wife was told im not giving you anything, you should have driven the car (unsafe car) with your child in it 45 min back to county Line. County Line professes to care about there customers and honors veterans for there service. I found that they not only did NOT care about my service but they also did not care about the well being of my five year old child or my wife. All to avoid paying us back the 1,500 dollars it took to make this car safe. My entire experience was bad, it took them 4 days to deliver the car to me while they stated they were doing all kinds of safty inspections, break work etc. Bill Dolan was rude, insulting and dissrespectful to my wife. Additionally, my wife spoke to a customer service representative named Donna, she was nice, friendly and helpful. However when she attempted to look into the issue for us she informed my wife that Mr. Bill Dolan told her to mind her own business and stay out of it. So not only do they treat there customers with no respect but apparently there co-workers as well. John Girard More
