I’m my only complain I would have as a VIP of a G90, the dealership doesn’t have in their fleet a suitable Genesis loaner car like I experienced with my previous dealer in Edmond, OK. I also did not believe I’ve ever been offered the services of valet to bring me a loaner and pick up my vehicle which often have me trying to find a suitable time to get to the dealer for my requested services. Seems Dishonest This seems like a very dishonest place to do business. What they say and advertise is not what you’ll get. Look at the fine print on the website. That price is if you qualify for every discount under the sun. So be prepared to be shocked! They don’t seem to bend on price much. And my experience is that if you actually try to haggle they will start talking down to you. Be warned. There seems to be a lot of more honest dealers out there. And when I had a complaint they seemed to write me off and not even try to resolve it. Just read the reviews on complaints. It always seems to be the customers fault! More

Overall Pretty Good Zach was really nice with helping me out with my car after it stalled at a stop light. He was friendly, courteous, and listened to my concerns. My car was there for a week because there were no error codes and it wouldn't duplicate the issue until Friday, once the issue was found, it was completed in a few hours. I was able to pay over the phone and picked my car up after work. The customer service there is usually pretty good, but I will have to find another mechanic soon because the prices exceed what I can pay with my salary. Also, in previous appointments, I've worked with Emily and she was great. More
Cutting corners Refused to try to find a solution to our problem! We have been reporting the problem we have been with our car for several months, and have made MULTI Refused to try to find a solution to our problem! We have been reporting the problem we have been with our car for several months, and have made MULTIPLE trips up there and the problem has STILL not been solved. Basically their response if they can’t find a code then they can’t do everything. You get 4 different mechanics or service techs saying 100 difference things. 1 of them told me because I could even get the rest of my sentence out of my mouth what it was just based off my description of the problem. He proceeded to say that they have had a TON of people in recently with that year, make, and model to have there engine coils replaced. It’s a common problem he says. (I drive a 2017 Hyundai Elantra). He asked me if the engine light comes on? I said he does when the problem is occurring (while driving) then when the motor straightens it self out it goes away. He told me that’s normal. what I need to do is when a problem occurs again to bring my car up there don’t shut it off and they will get it back there to run the computer on it so they can get the code. As long as you don’t shut off it doesn’t reset the computer. Ok did they brought it up there took THREE yea three hours for them to hook it up to the computer. After waiting for three hours with 2 young kids mind you, they came and told me no code popped up therefore they can’t do anything because it would be like a wild goose hunt. I asked them to keep the car, maybe run some tests, test drive it, look at some possibilities, and they refused. They refused to do you anything because a code didn’t pop up and therefore the warranty on the vehicle won’t be covered for anything that they do. I told them at this point I’m not worried The cost I’m worried about the safety of my children. I don’t want to end up the side of them road with my kids in my brand new car that only has 55,000 (bought it brand new only had 4 miles on it first owner). They still refused to do anything. Heck one the service techs told me if the problem occurs slam yes slam on the gas to make the problem worse so the engine will stay on longer. He said you have to make the problem worse. That way they can get a code. I told him ummm... I still need my car to run. I’m not going to do that just so I can blow the I heard because you’re advising me to make the problem worse so you guys can “find” the problem more easily. So I left VERY unsatisfied and in tears because please guys that are supposed to help with maintenance on your vehicle are refusing to find the problem that I’m having. I have to worry each of everyday when I put my children in the car If we are going to end up on the side of the road in this brand new car because the service team at Crain Hyundai are refusing to locate my problem. More
A for effort I brought my car in because of some weird occurrences where it just wasn't responding. I would be driving and suddenly it didn't do anything. It didn't die, but when stepping on the gas pedal it did nothing. I also had a problem with the display going black. I had volume on the radio but couldn't see any information. It would go back to normal, just as fast as it messed up. They tried everything, but could not find the problem. They were very concerned and told me to bring it back when it did it again, without turning off the car. I am hopeful that this can be resolved. More

Fast service! I was in Arkansas visiting my mother when safety features in my new 2019 Santa Fe stopped working. I was getting annoying error messages and malfuncti I was in Arkansas visiting my mother when safety features in my new 2019 Santa Fe stopped working. I was getting annoying error messages and malfunction signals all the time. I called the nearest dealership (Crain) and got an immediate appointment. The culprit was a bad airbag sensor. The part was ordered and in 48 hrs I was ready to to drive home. The staff was very friendly. The only small complaint I might have is that my satellite radio/CD player accessory set mounted in the front console was not assembled properly. Had I known that auxiliary jack in the console was needed for diagnostics I would have disassembled the set myself. No need for the Crain technician to waste time on that. Overall I am happy with service received and will rate them 5 stars. More
