I apologize that your tires were not rotated. The techs do inspect the tires for tread wear and if they feel that the tire tread is wearing about the same on front and back then they generally do not rotate the tires. If you want them rotated then they should have been rotated. I addressed your issue with the service manager and he has instructed the techs to rotate the tires even if the tread appears to be equal on all of the tires unless it is a safety issue. Tires can and do react to temperature but you are correct your tires needed adjusted to the correct psi. I can assure you that our service advisors do not discriminate against women in any circumstances. More than half of our customers are women and as a practical matter it would not make sense for us to treat women with anything less that complete respect. If you felt that did not happen in your case, again I apologize. All of our employees must pass a drug test before we offer them a position. With pollen season upon us your service advisor may have just been having an issue allergies.
