Ms. Carter, I am sure that our service advisor recommended additional services that would keep your vehicle running at top performance, that is part of our job. While our service department may recommend a particular service, you are under no obligation to purchase any service. As far as the estimate for the windshield washer motor, yes the original Hyundai part is always going to be higher than an aftermarket part. With the Hyundai part and installation you get a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty. The price quoted was $220 plus tax. We appreciate and thank you for the opportunity to serve you. I have discussed the situation with you personally on the phone. To say we have done nothing to help with the repairs on your vehicle is simply not correct. As far as the warranty is concerned, I have personally told you I would be happy to cancel the warranty if you feel it "does not apply". You ask me to give you an explanation of why it took so long to get your vehicle back to you. We discussed the situation on the phone I wasn’t given any solutions. When I say you kept my vehicle for 3 months and didn’t do anything with it this is 100000% correct. I had to take it to another dealership and after I spent hours at your dealership I managed to get $1000 to pay for ONE of the repairs not everything. Also, it’s not that I “feel” like the warranty does not apply it is a FACT. You are attempting to change what happened but I am NOT the person that was lying over the past few months. You are offering to help me cancel the worthless warranty but I’m still not going to get 100% refund on it. Everyone I talked to at your dealership lied to me, service manager doesn’t know what the function of an emergency break is, salesman lied left and right about how they sold it to another customer when they refused to sell it to me, GM said he didn’t approve any repairs on drive shaft when I was getting calls from service Mgr every other week that there are delays with the drive shaft, they said my emergency brake was fixed but wasn’t, GM told me I wish we never sold you this vehicle.. and so many things we discussed over the phone. Don’t make me sound like a liar.. I have nothing to hide!
