The service department failed to inspect my breaks and continued to check off that they did so during routined service. The last time I went in, I had to ask them to double check as they felt off. They did once I asked and come to find out I need new break pads and rotors. The new rotors could have been avoided if Crain would have done the job correctly and inspected as they stated they “did”. They did not have the break pads in stock and gave me the run around on when they would be in.I couldn’t wait to have them complete the job as it is a hazard to be driving the way I was. My rotors were at a 4, this is horrible . I have serviced my car at Crain since purchasing my vehicle with them 5 years ago, all service completed by them. To have this level of service is unacceptable. I have officially taken my service elsewhere. More
