I started a search for the vehicle I wanted and spent a few hours shopping and comparing different iptions I found a car online at Crain Kia in Conway and I was lucky that Alicia was the one who contacted few hours shopping and comparing different iptions I found a car online at Crain Kia in Conway and I was lucky that Alicia was the one who contacted me. She was very friendly and knows how to get things done. She had me an offer within 30 minutes. Everything was explained in detail, and she answered any questions I had. By the end of the business day, we signed off on a GREAT deal and Alicia had it delivered by 6:00 PM same day. I am in my 70's and have owned more than 20 cars in my life and this was the best experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Crain Kia of Conway and ask for Alicia Trice! More
