I won’t be buying another car from this dealership. I honestly don’t think they inspect trade-ins at all—they seem to just throw them on the lot without even checking them. I’ll own my part for not doing a walkaround, but there was a busted tail light that hadn’t even been properly repaired. They just stuffed the broken pieces back in, they at least could’ve tried to glue it back together. At the very least, they could’ve done an oil change or mentioned that it needed one. They also said they’d replace the windshield—it’s been nine days, and I haven’t heard a word. I’ll be calling to get that taken care of. To make matters worse, they added gap insurance to my contract without even asking if I wanted it. I want that canceled immediately. The only reason I went through with this purchase was because my engine had locked up and I urgently needed a way to get to work. Next time, I’ll take my time and do a much more thorough inspection.
