Quinn is the bomb when it come to finance. I have had the chance to work with him a few times. All excellent encounters. He was our finance guy for the first new KIA and then after a year or s I have had the chance to work with him a few times. All excellent encounters. He was our finance guy for the first new KIA and then after a year or so I called him back to refi my current loan. This time I was in the market for a new KIA again and also wanted my husband to trade his car as well. Quinn was able to get both deals to work for us on the vehicles we wanted from the start. The Conway Crain KIA team is by far the best sales and finance team ever!!! They will have my business always!! More

the part that was needed wasn’t there even though i had this appointment for 3-4 weeks and the staff didn’t apologize or even admit the mistake. one woman did call the sherwood dealership to see if they h this appointment for 3-4 weeks and the staff didn’t apologize or even admit the mistake. one woman did call the sherwood dealership to see if they had the fuse but suggested that i come back in a couple of hours. i live in Beebe, about 35-40 miles away so that was not an option. i was angry to say the least. knowing i was going to be there at 9:00 am, i expected that the part would be there too. very poor customer service!
