Micah worked tirelessly with us to find the vehicle we wanted (we were very picky in what we wanted). When the vehicle we wanted most suddenly became unavailable (it appeared that it was purchased in one wanted (we were very picky in what we wanted). When the vehicle we wanted most suddenly became unavailable (it appeared that it was purchased in one of their other dealerships), we actually bought the one that was second place. But Micah continued to check on our most wanted vehicle for the next tthree days (we elected to take delivery three days later). When our most wanted vehicle suddenly became available again, he arranged to have it delivered from one of their other dealerships as he was more interested in giving us what we wanted instead of being satisfied with the current sale. Adam in Finance also was a great help in making our purchase go smoothly, including redoing all the paperwork to change the vehicle actually delivered to us. We believe that our buying experience was superb, and will recommend Micah and Crain to our friends. More
