When me and my wife went to visit Crain Kia of Conway I had asked them for a specific vehicle and the 2 companies I was pre approved for. I had asked them to not run my credit more than twice for the vehic had asked them for a specific vehicle and the 2 companies I was pre approved for. I had asked them to not run my credit more than twice for the vehicle I wanted. They ran it 14 times and when they were finished they said they couldn’t get us into that vehicle and didn’t have any other options to give us. The car salesman just said well you need this and walked away. He could have offered a comparable vehicle in the price range that I was looking for but didn’t. And he also dropped my 730 credit score to a 700. I will never go back to Crain Kia nor will I refer any of my family or friends. When it’s so easy to purchase a vehicle online nowadays you would think the car salesman left would be up for the challenge of finding the right solution. His name was Chris by the way. More
