I scheduled an oil change on the phone after looking the price up online. The price was $49.95 express oil change which included tire rotation. I sent my 16 year daughter to get the service done. I told her price up online. The price was $49.95 express oil change which included tire rotation. I sent my 16 year daughter to get the service done. I told her all she had to do was pay and I sent her with my card. After she left I called to check and see how it went and how much it was. She said they charged her $82.00, I ask if she she yes to anything they may have offered, she said no. I had her send me the receipt and there was a charge for $45 + 4.95 the express oil change and then $25 dollars for labor. Labor? I don’t understand why this happened. Is it typical to charge for labor on top of an oil change. I feel like they took advantage of her being younger and charged her 25$ more. Online says oil change $49.95 the service rep said if you don’t pull that up and show them they charge the 49.95 plus however long it takes to do the service for labor. More

I inherited my parents car after their death and the car sat for a year due to my health issues and work and he was very understanding and h service.
