They had my car for 5 weeks and still did not diagnose the problem. A second small issue was diagnosed but was not repaired until the very last day that they had the vehicle… meaning they had to keep my v the problem. A second small issue was diagnosed but was not repaired until the very last day that they had the vehicle… meaning they had to keep my vehicle for yet another day. The service manager seemed unaware of the situation when I spoke to him at the 4 week mark. Twice after that this same service manager did not provide follow ups when he agreed to. When the undiagnosed vehicle was returned to me after being in their shop for 5 weeks the service manager made eye contact from his empty office then remained there. To further illustrate their attention to detail, the car was returned to me unwashed. I imagine this review will not generate any follow up from above the service department. More
