Johnny (Service Manager) and I reviewed your Mom's Multiple Point Inspection (MPI) and everything on the MPI was inspected. The Services that are Green are Good and the Yellow needs revisited at your next service visit. The Air Filter, Wipers and Tires are in the Yellow status and requires attention soon. The Customer was informed of these concerns. The inspection did not show anything in Red that needed replaced today. The tire on the driver side front had a slow leak but was too close to the sidewall for repair based on KIA Standards. The tire pressure light will not go off on this tire. With the temperature changes from cold to hot so does the tire pressure. We inspected and added air to other tires. We use full synthetic oil for all vehicles. The average oil change is from $80.00 - $125.00 based on the number of quarts your car requires. All new and used vehicles have the opportunity to purchase a Maintenance Package that covers your oil changes for 1-2 years, at your discretion. This Warranty wasn't purchased with your Mom's used 2022 Nissan Maxima. You or your Mom may stop by our Service Department for a Free Car Wash anytime at your convenience. Mr. Rufus I spoke with you on 10-10-23 regarding you bringing your car into our Service Department with a Blow & Go installed. We allowed you to pull your vehicle into our Shop so no one else would drive your vehicle to set off the alarm on your Blow & Go. Your vehicle sat in our Shop in the same place during your entire Service Visit. Also, you advised us that you had notified your Parole Officer that you would be having your car worked on before you came into our Service Department. While in our Service Department we performed a Diagnostic, Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Your check engine light was on so we had to perform a diagnostic to see what codes it was throwing. The KIA Certified Mechanic put his foot on the brake pedal and it triggered your Blow & Go because it thought you were trying to bypass the Blow & Go. The Advisor came to get you from the waiting area but the warning went off before you could blow in it. We apologized for our Mechanic putting his foot on the brake, but this is something he does with every car he works on. Again, we apologize we were only trying to fix your car. I don’t have a parole officer. I called Intoxcalot to report maintence on my car. Your Service Manager said if he had known he would not have done service on my car. You quoted me $1770 dollars to fix my car. I got it fixed for $300 dollars.
