I had an appointment for a service check. That equates to an oil change and tire rotation. It took 2 1/2 hours to complete that service. To top it all off the cost was $161. an oil change and tire rotation. It took 2 1/2 hours to complete that service. To top it all off the cost was $161. More

Clean. Customer service was lacking but had wifi and clean spaces to wait. Was told it would take X amount of time and wait well beyond that. No one updated me.
