Crain Kia of Conway - Service Center

Worst experience ever!!! The customer service is horrible and I will never be back to any kia dealership. Clean. Customer service was lacking but had wifi and clean spaces to wait. Was told it would take X amount of time and wait well beyond that. No one updated me. I LOVE that they will come pick up and drop off my car at my work! That is top notch customer service. I do have a question though, why are they not vacuuming the inside of the cars now when they clean them my work! That is top notch customer service.
