I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from crater lake ford, I was working with tristan, and things were going well, the standard back and forth; in the end, we came to an agreed price and were in th lake ford, I was working with tristan, and things were going well, the standard back and forth; in the end, we came to an agreed price and were in the process of finalizing the paperwork and delivery. Then after three days of silence, I sent a message to follow up on an ETA and was told the car was sold. A giant waste of my time, a very disappointing outcome to what was building up to a very exciting purchase. If I could pursue legal action, I would, but nothing was signed. Just a "Handshake" agreement. More

Very misleading communication between salesman , we made a 5hour trip from Lale Tahoe just to discover the van we asked if it was available a day before have been sold .
