The car purchased made it worth the experience. As a repeat customer (with a family that has purchased a LOT of cars here), we were disappointed with the lack of clear communication between the empl As a repeat customer (with a family that has purchased a LOT of cars here), we were disappointed with the lack of clear communication between the employees at the shop and their communication with us. We called ahead to schedule a test drive with our car, but had to wait almost an hour once arriving because it wasn't there. Once it was purchased, we then waited multiple days to be able to pick up our vehicle and had to call many times in order to find out its status in the service department...even though we were told we would be notified at specific times each day. At pick up, we discovered many small flaws and witnessed a service employee throw our tire cover onto the cement, only adding to the list of scratches and dents. We also had to wait an additional hour (thank god we had our stroller since we are from an hour away and had our baby with us). Because the car we purchased will be one that we can drive many years (low mileage), we can't say we are entirely disappointed. The price was great (allowing us to ignore some of the mentioned scratches), and the sales team worked with us to secure a monthly payment we could afford...but they did assume we wanted a warrantee which added to the cost and the time we spent waiting, because the paperwork had to be completely redone. It was also uncomfortable to have a sales person push this survey and then call us at home and then while they knew we were on vacation (when they didn't call about our car while they had it still, but needed it for vacation) and ask for a "great review so they didn't get in trouble." Solid Dealer I needed a vehicle quickly due to my daily driver falling apart at the seams. I could not obtain financing for that vehicle due to my previous financial history but Jack found me a vehicle in stock that was just as good as my first option in a matter of minutes that accommodated my financial situation. When I drove two hours to check the vehicle out Jack took the time to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the vehicle. He went over its specifications in great detail and provided a relaxed atmosphere in a situation that stress normally reserves. I am very pleased with his assistance throughout the process of finding financing, and communicating with the sales manager, Dave, who quite frankly impressed me with his knowledge, patience, and above all honesty. My entire buying experience was refreshing. Another point to note is that this business stays true to its name. My Impala was priced at least a thousand dollars less than any similarly fitted car in my area. I certainly recommend. More

Love my Silverado I read the reviews before going there and was not disappointed.
