I bought my last Cadillac at Crest and was very pleased with the service and didn't see a reason to switch to another dealership. Jenny Joseph made my purchase even better than my first. I also have to mention the person in the Finance Dept. He was outstanding, he noticed I had disabled veteran license plates, arranged to have them transferred, had reviewed my previous purchase and had drawn up the purchase paperwork similarly. He brought up a couple of new options that where available, but there was no hard sell which I appreciated. More
I purchased a 2024 Escalade V, but within 15 days the engine failed—deeply disappointing. I had already invested $5,000 in accessories, all of which became a loss to me. The dealership wouldn’t take the vehicle back until I escalated directly to GM. Even then, I was only offered options that were either outdated or much more expensive. No real effort was made to offset the financial loss I had already suffered. I was pushed into settling for a 2025 Sport Platinum, far from what I originally wanted. The process took 3 months, and I was left without proper support during that time. I was even asked to pay tolls for the loaner vehicle—something I found disappointing. Throughout the process, communication felt one-sided, with promises that didn’t reflect the actual outcome. I expected better treatment given the scale of my purchase, and I hope service will be better. More
