The issue started with the kind of bait and switch issue from the sales department to when you go in for financing. We ended up working that out after some pressure from the sales manager. We opted to get the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty so it would be like having a new car. After the sell it just went from Ok, to absolutely terrible. The sales team and the people who do the final fixes are overly aggressive with pushing us to give them a 5 star review. It is relentless, and the worst part is nobody communicates with each other on what needs to be done. Mike one of the co owners or managers met us and said if you ever need anything just call me direct and that has never helped at all. Our bumper to bumper included people coming to pick up the car and all the bells and whistles and it had been nothing but terrible on that. We finally after weeks again of zero follow up took our business back to Sewell. To get me to write a bad review takes a lot of really bad stuff to happen and I am not sure what we can do to get your attention. Can you please get it together for whomever you work with in the future. More

Seriously this would be a no star review if possible. I’ve been dealing with Crest Cadillac for weeks and I’ve just resigned myself to thinking that they are simply a dishonest dealership with their shar I’ve been dealing with Crest Cadillac for weeks and I’ve just resigned myself to thinking that they are simply a dishonest dealership with their shareholders interests before their customers. Berkshire Hathaway owns Crest Auto Group, And they intern are owned by Warren Buffett. So the complaints of any single consumer are not going to amount to a hill of beans when it comes to dealing with these people. On around April 24th I bought a 2018 Cadillac ATS, Premium Performance coupe from Crest Cadilkac. It was rare car, and I had hunted for quite a bit, trying to find one, and they had one on their site, and it was also listed on several other auto sites, and in each instance, it was listed as having no accidents. So I drove 40 miles north to view the car. It had several cosmetic defects, but I figured five years in Texas driving on these highways it’s gonna happen. I kind of overlooked that but once we got the car home, we found glass falling from within side the trunk. Broken safety glass fairly big chunks of it. The car has been in an accident. I had a verified by my dent guy who is taking things out of the car for me and he said the car has been hit and that actually repainted the back fender and he showed me where and shirt off and his lights, I could see paint runs, and where they had done a very shoddy job of covering up the damage.. The car is silver, so only in certain light do you see these kinds of defects. Anyway, so I have a verification of the car was in an accident I have this glass falling down so I decide to take the car back and I’ll bring both fobs with me. I had already called the salesman Anthony and told him I was on the way, hoping that he was going to relay the story to whoever he needed to but of course when I get there, I have to explain it all over again to this guy Kodie. Now Kodie supposedly is the used sales manager. He tries very hard to come off as your friend, but he is not. We banter back-and-forth. I had to explain the whole story to him then he finally offers to buy back the car, and I said great I brought you both fobs here you go, and he just looked at me from across his desk.. He did not want to buy that car back so he says well let me go look and see if I can find you another one. I said you’re not gonna find another car like this and I said, where is it gonna be it might be 1000 miles away he says it doesn’t matter will ship it in.. OK I’m already in this two hours now so I said OK fine I’ll give you 30 minutes if you can find something let me know. Of course, in that time he couldn’t find anything so he comes back and he finally says that he’s going to reimburse me for the repairs. I’ve already made to the car like fixing curb rash on the wheels and some door dings and minor hail damage. So he says they’re gonna cut me a check for $600 but I’m not gonna get that check until they fix the car properly. Remove the interior panels and get out all the glass and replace and repaint the badly painted fender, whatever else they needed to do. I agreed he told me it would take a week and they gave me a loaner so I went home. Two weeks later the car is not fixed properly and still full of glass. I waited for my check and left. I will never to return to this dealership. They tried to get me to come back to fix the car again, and I have refused. I’ve turned them in to the Better Business Bureau and the Texas DMV but as I say since Warren Buffett has invested so much in the state, I doubt very seriously they will do anything. Stay away from Crest! More

Crest Cadillac sold me a car that was advertised as not being any accidents that in fact was in an accident. And they knew about it. I went in taking the car back, and they offered to buy the car back unti being any accidents that in fact was in an accident. And they knew about it. I went in taking the car back, and they offered to buy the car back until they found out that I had already paid money to repair some things on the car, and they were not willing to reimburse me for that in addition to what I paid for the car. So, when I pressed that I would report them, they offered to fix the car admitting that there was fixable damage due to the accident on the vehicle. And then they did reimburse me $600 of what I have paid to correct some cosmetic details on the car as they sold it. But selling a car knowingly that was in an accident and telling people that it wasn’t is an act of fraud. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I’ve also reported them to the Texas DMV because now I’m done there’s no restitution that they could make other than monetary that I’m going to accept from them because I do not trust that dealership.. After them having my car back for two weeks, all they did was do a little paint correction and nothing else. They did not replace any of the body panels that have been damaged and shoddily repaired nor did they even clean out the glass in the truck. That’s still continues to fall out of the interior of the body panels to this day.. I’m driving around with broken safety glass in my trunk right now. I have full documentation to prove all of this the original online car sheets, from several websites and Crest Cadillacs Promissory note that clearly states that they were going to remove the glass from the trunk but they didn’t. Furthering my own investigation into this I did paid for vin report on the car and found out they had been selling it between all their dealersships for months. Crest Cadillac is owned by a conglomerate investment firm BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY, Which in turn is owned by Warren Buffett, Do not shop at crest dealerships. If there’s a problem, you will definitely be treated very badly. More
I took my car to get alignment . Steering wheel was to the left . I get car back now its to the right . When get u alignment it should be centered . I took it back the tech said its Steering wheel was to the left . I get car back now its to the right . When get u alignment it should be centered . I took it back the tech said its aligned when he drove it. Did he check if the wheel was centered probably not . Ok i go home and it still to the right. I go back the next morning i told the service guy i need somebody to ride with me to show them my so we go on ride it and show him the wheel he says i cant tell from passenger side so he drove it and said yea the wheel crooked. We get back to the shop he talks to tech and he tells him its probably the tires (wrong because my tires are new) or the weather (wrong again no wind or rain jus hot as xxxx ) or the road (wrong again we are in frisco roads are good) . So they never tried to center it . Lazy mfs i hope that 150 i paid take them a long ways. . I took there because i thought it would be better than Firestone or ntb . Bye felicia . Think about it before u go More
This place is a joke! ! I bought a car here and had scratches on it. I was told they were going to fix it. The car was painted and they left over spray all over the back. T ! I bought a car here and had scratches on it. I was told they were going to fix it. The car was painted and they left over spray all over the back. That doesn’t include when I first got the car they tried to tell me they would they would lower my interest rate if I would sign on the extended warranty plans they have that’s kind of fishy because the bank don’t negotiate extended warranty or interest rates !!!!Sad to say, but Clay Cooley has better service than this place.!!!!!! the proof is right there in the pictures so they can’t say I am lying!!! I will be getting a attorney!! More
