In regards to your claim of hail damage- We take claims of damage very seriously. Unfortunately, because it is hail damage, this is considered an act of God and out of our control, therefore, it would be a claim you would need to start with your insurance company. We understand your time is valuable and 3 hours can be a disruption to your day. I was able to review the service visit and on top of an oil change we did a multipoint inspection, rotated your tires, and cleaned the vehicle. Unfortunately, these things take time and our techs don't want to rush through any of the services they perform. As we discussed, a loan car for a detail isn't a process that we can typically accommodate by Cadillac protocol. I sincerely apologize that this wasn't communicated to you during the time you set the appointment.
