I was disappointed that my car was 6 days in the shop and brought back to me with out being cleaned. I have bought 6 cars from you guys and every time it’s been detailed and spotless when returned. Serviceman ordered work that he did not get authorized by me. This cost me close to to $1400. Robbery! Told me it was a leak, turned out he had them replace my entire shock. Robbery! I called later that day and the next two days trying to get a loaner vehicle and was given the run around. Finally they offered me one 3 days later.
