The entire process was frustrating and lacked communication from prep-finish. It took a constant follow up and continued contact to get my vehicle into be repaired. The first indicator light appeared almost a month ago. I reached out to schedule an appt for service and was told I would receive a call back for day and time to bring in. I received no call back. On Manday March 10th, I called in again to set up an appt and was told the same process from the individual who took my call that I would receive a call back. Again no call back. On Tuesday, I followed up again and after asking more questions found that the department handling loaner cars would be one call back, but if I just wanted to drop off the agent could start a separate ticket, retake all my information again and give me a time and day for drop off. Upon arrival for my appointment on Wednesday, I checked in with Monica and she took all my information upon check in. My telephone number and email address I wanted to be contacted at. To my surprise after later get a message via voicemail from Monica that estimated repairs were sent to a different email than what I provided at check in (still associated with me, so I have to be leave is a default email in the system). At check out in signing off on report I asked about obtaining a copy of the diagnosis report I just paid $250 for and then could not answer and directed me to Monica. I have yet to receive a copy of the report. I guess the plus is I received an update to system software and the light was removed. Overall, can not say my business was valued from purchasing to maintenance, but then not having purchased a car in several years and working tireless to keep up with regular maintenance at local shop, I don't visit the dealership. More
Service personnel was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Work performed seems to be very good and on a timely basis.
