It has been almost 3 years with Jordan Farmer, who is my service adviser. I am very satisfied with Jordan. He is taking care of my wife's XC60 really well, and he knows and remembers all the service record service adviser. I am very satisfied with Jordan. He is taking care of my wife's XC60 really well, and he knows and remembers all the service records and let us know all the services before the due date. We had the vehicle software issue during the hot weather, and I had to drop off the vehicle on Saturday when he was out of the shop because of the safety issue. Following Monday, he contacted us, and he was taking care of all. I have met many service advisors, but he is the one who really concerns the customer mind. More
