Lynn Ford was great as usual. Scheduling an appointment was painful as usual. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the last few years. Each time before purchase I told the salesperson and manager I could only bring them in for service on Saturday and would like a loaner as I live a distance away, I was told that should not be a problem. Each time I call to bring a vehicle in for service, I am told none of my requests can be honored. I purchased a third Volvo, but not from crest because of service scheduling. More

Thank you Bryan Bingham & Bryce Williams for taking care of the issue I was experiencing with my 2022 XC60. Even though this is the second time we’ve been in since purchasing the vehicle on Feb. 5, 2025, of the issue I was experiencing with my 2022 XC60. Even though this is the second time we’ve been in since purchasing the vehicle on Feb. 5, 2025, I feel like we have been taken care of very well. When we started having issues, I thought, we might feel unwelcomed. I also felt that possibly no one would want to help us. This is not the situation at all. We have been treated extremely well and I feel that Bryan and Bryce were sincere. This is extremely important to me. I was given a courtesy car to use while they worked on my car.
