I was very pleased with my service visit to Crest Volvo. Lynn was efficient and personable as usual. He's what keeps us coming back. I do, however have a frustration that may change that. It was my understanding that I would not be having any expenses for at least a year since my car was "good as new." My visit to Crest cost me over $500. Was told the "start stop" battery was not warranted as was the battery on the key fob also not warrantied. I'm hoping nothing else goes out as I truly believed the car was well warrantied. Great communication, we drove down from OKC to get our car serviced. The EV tech needed longer to diagnose the car and we were given a brand new loaner. Hi there. I am the husband of Karen Louis and the car is also registered in my name. I collected the car but when I turned the air condition "on" (exspecially I am the husband of Karen Louis and the car is also registered in my name. I collected the car but when I turned the air condition "on" (exspecially the fan mode) there was excessive noise. I doubt if this is the standard for a high end Volvo car, so when my wife comes back she will bring it back in for you to make good this aspect of the car. Thanks. More
