I took my car in for warranty work, one of which wasfor the seat belts recall. My appointment with work requested was made 3 weeks in advance. They had my car all day and when told it was ready to be picke the seat belts recall. My appointment with work requested was made 3 weeks in advance. My question is with three weeks notice as to what was needed to fix the seat belt recall why didn't they have what they needed. then it took them all day to just reprogram the ECU which I was told takes 1 hour. Why have a 9 am appointment then when it yakes all day. More

The service center has friendly but when I arrived for my appointment there was only one person working, and I stood in line for almost 30 minutes. The time they originally told me the service would take (2- appointment there was only one person working, and I stood in line for almost 30 minutes. The time they originally told me the service would take (2-3 hours) turned into 5-6 hours and I had to make arrangements to be picked up. Which, I’m glad I did, because by 4:30pm I had not received any call about my car being done. When I called to find out, I was put on hold for almost 20 minutes, and she came back and said they “still don’t know what’s wrong” and it wouldn’t be ready until the next day! When I went the next day to pick it up, I was told only half my services were completed because the other half, they were waiting for parts. Now I will have to do this all over again. More

Poor Getting a Live person to talk to was nearly impossible. Ai is Awful. I called 3 separate days and could not get someone to pick up the phone. The 4th day after waiting 15 minutes, I called again and asked for sales. Finally someone picked up the phone. I was the told to ask for service. A complete joke ! Dropped off my vehicle at 8:00 am to get minor work done. I was called at 5:45 pm and told the car wasn't ready, but would be done the next day at 8:30 am. Had to be somewhere at 9:30. Vehicle was ready at 9:25. Your customer service is terrible. More
