Worst experience ever. Ryan was our salesman. He was nice but not as responsive as expected. The brand new vehicle was dirty when I picked it up. Financing was a nightmare. Ryan was our salesman. I was promised a lower rate then switched to a higher rate when I came in to sign the paperwork. I have an 850 credit score. It was implied I would lose the car and my deposit if I didn’t sign the papers with the higher interest rate. More
