I already completed this survey explaining what happened in Feb. I was not made aware of wear to the oil filter housing when I picked up the car. Oil leaked all over my garage floor. Had to have it towed back to the dealer. The only good thing is the service manager didn't charge me for the repair or loaner car and were very apologetic for what happened. More
