This dealership has some positives and some negatives. For the positives, everyone was friendly and the car buying process was efficient and quick day of. For the negatives, my sales person Jared made promises he never kept, such as saying he would drop off my all weather mats to my home when he never did and we had to pick them up weeks later. He also wasn’t communicative about the fact that my car was shipping late, he waited until I texted to confirm the day before to let me know it would be an extra several days. Kate in sales was helpful for getting us a good deal, but she made an inappropriate comment that rubbed us the wrong way. My boyfriend is in finance so I was asking for his opinion on weather or not to get the extra $60 a month worth of warranty and when he said no, she stated what if we break up and I have no one to pay for my maintenance. The car I bought was with 100% my money so I’m not sure why she assumed he would be paying my maintenance bills. More
