There was a “diagnosis” without any explanation as to how it was reached. I subsequently took my car to two shops that specialize in transmissions and both places disagreed with Crestmont’s conclusion, w how it was reached. Was sold a car that needs the brakes replaced. I reported the issue the day I got the car and was driving it home. I was informed by my car sales person Alex that it would be taken care of when I I reported the issue the day I got the car and was driving it home. I was informed by my car sales person Alex that it would be taken care of when I had a chance to bring it back. I put a $10,000 down payment on the car so I didn't have the money to buy brake parts nor should I of had to. I returned to the dealership under the impression they we're going to do what was right and replace my brakes at no cost to me. Instead they offered me a 50% discount on parts not including the labor. More
