I lease a car through crestmont and I had a routine oil change and tire rotation and it took nearly 3 hours. I have never waited that long for an oil change and it was very inconvenient. Very disappointed, salesman made me a 2:30 appointment to sign paperwork.I was sitting in his chair at 2:27 and was kept waiting till 4:08. Not only did salesman not do anything for me but didn't really care sign paperwork.I was sitting in his chair at 2:27 and was kept waiting till 4:08. Sad part is that I've dealt with this dealership and salesman for my previous 2 vehicles. You would think I would be considered a valuable customer but the way I was treated didn't feel like it. More
