The person I delt with and I disagreed on when the maintenance was last done-- October 2020 versus 2021 when I was in to have air put in the tires. He did see one recall I hadn't had done and so he s maintenance was last done-- October 2020 versus 2021 when I was in to have air put in the tires. He did see one recall I hadn't had done and so he started to do that. When he realized that the last maintenance was done in 2020, he came to tell me that, apologized and had the full maintenance done. He was very polite when we disagreed then ..polite and apologetic when he told me he found the discrepancy. Very nice guy. I can't say anything about the work that was done, but everything seems fine. More
