The brakes on my four month old 2021 Sonata are not working properly. Just a light touch to the brake peddle causes the brakes to grab and stop the car abruptly. Mechanic test drove it, and said brakes were fine and there was nothing they could do with them. This is a very serious potential safety problem, particularly with icey driving conditions developing soon. Very unhappy with their failure to correct this safety problem which should be covered under warranty. I give them one star since this is the lowest grade you can give them! More

It is clear that the staff works hard at customer service and that this is a hard time to find enough employees to manage the workload. However it is hard to give a good review when I had to do without my ca and that this is a hard time to find enough employees to manage the workload. However it is hard to give a good review when I had to do without my car for nearly 3 weeks and then had to return two more times for work that should have been taken care of the first time. Loaner cars should be offered for any customer that has a car in service for more than a day no matter how difficult it is to find one. I won't purchase another car from this dealer, unfortunately.
