I took it cause I needed a car. I couldn’t keep waiting and waiting. Get into the car drive home and guess what? No gas to get me home. These people got me confused with another customer When I said I’m not interested in the car I left they said they were looking for Mr Benson I explained I just laughed why they said no we’re looking for Mr Benson then someone calls back and apologise for being confused and helped me out the best they could. I think it’s just really crappy That someone doesn’t have the best credit paid too much for the car not the companies fault but you think they would take care of them 100% with that said I will never ever ever use this dealership again it’s just too much to type more and more. I forgot to mention that the 3% charge on a card is highway robbery! No way does it cost $36 to process my debit card. And tell me you are paying $480 to the technician. Well, we had a lot of concern about our vehicle because we got a notification on our app and then we also got a notification in the car telling us that we had no battery and we needed to pull over and let we got a notification on our app and then we also got a notification in the car telling us that we had no battery and we needed to pull over and let her car idle. And it’s really frustrating when you try to tell Your mechanic that you trust, that this is the notification you got and they say they never saw anything like this before. And then we told them that the passenger side was also blowing cold air after it would warm up a little bit it would start blowing cold. We have a heat temp gun and we knew the temperature was blowing colder on the passenger side. The note that was in our paperwork said that it was blowing cold because vent was closed. The vent was closed because it was blowing cold. We’ve had this car since it was brand new. We know how to use the vents We know how to use the heating and cooling system. We noticed this issue when we were on a road trip coming home from Virginia on January 1. We would not have had a mechanic check the temperature because of vent being closed. We have actually never had this type of negative experience when having our car serviced and we’ve only had it serviced Here. We bought the extended warranty and everything because we’re putting our trust in you guys to take care of a very expensive car. Well, at least to us it’s a very expensive car and like I said we bought a brand new. And maybe somebody was having a bad day and that happens I guess I’m just not used to being blown off or treated like I’m dumb at your service department We’re gonna continue to come because like I said it’s where we purchased our vehicle and we got the extended warranty. And we just wanna have everything consistently done according to what service is required on our car. More
