Friendly, no-frills sales experience After a lot of online searching, I found a used listing that looked like a great deal, but was close to 350 miles away. After requesting more information, Zack in Sales quickly reached out to me and worked hard to get answers to all of my questions, even sending me a short video walkthrough of the vehicle, so I could get a better sense of what I would be buying before seeing it in person. I was able to get an early flight on short notice to come and see it, and Zack went out of his way to pick me up from the airport and personally bring me to the dealership! From there, the process was very straightforward, and he even allowed me to take the vehicle to a local mechanic for an independent inspection before purchase. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. There were no hidden fees and any additional products were left up to me to add on, if desired. All in all, it was a very stress-free process with excellent customer service.
