Poor follow-up on promises made during the sale We are happy with the Santa Fe XL Limited Ultimate that we purchased from Crestmont Hyundai, but not with the sales experience. We drove 2 hours to Cr We are happy with the Santa Fe XL Limited Ultimate that we purchased from Crestmont Hyundai, but not with the sales experience. We drove 2 hours to Crestmont from Columbus, Ohio because of the price and color of the vehicle we selected. Prior to making this drive, I called Crestmont and spoke to the salesperson Jared to ask why the price was lower than similar vehicles and specifically asked if it had miles on it or had been used as a service vehicle. Jared stated that it was a brand new vehicle and priced low to clear the model from inventory. Based on this information we committed to buying the car and drove the 2 hours to Crestmont. When we arrived at the dealer and realized that the car had 3,200 miles on it, Jared minimized our concerns and continued to state that it was a "brand new car." We were upset by this miscommunication so we spoke to the sales manager Adam who agreed to provide us with WeatherTech floor mats as a condition of purchase. We felt that this was a minimal request based on the significant misinformation we had been given about the car before driving to Crestmont to make the purchase. We were assured that the WeatherTech mats would be ordered and shipped directly to our home in Columbus. About 3 weeks after we purchased the car, we contacted both our salesperson Jared and the sales manager Adam to inquire about when the floor mats would arrive. Neither Jared nor Adam ever provided any information about the floor mats or took any action to see that we received them. In fact, Adam never responded to me at all. I finally called the Service Department 5 weeks after purchasing the car and learned that the floor mats had never been ordered. I worked with Emily from Service and she did all of the legwork to reach out to the sales department to confirm that we were to received the mats, and made sure that they were shipped to us. I do appreciate Emily's responsiveness and helpfulness in resolving the issue. Good sales involves solid customer service even after the sale, and with the exception of Emily, we received very poor service that is inconsistent with the quality and brand associated with the Hyundai name. I am extremely disappointed with the amount of effort it took on my part to get Crestmont to follow through with a promise made at the time of sale. The WeatherTechs were to be provided to us as a condition of purchase and were not just a courtesy from the dealership. More

Good but part was only $1.60 and bill was $292.00. I needed a steering wheel coupling replacement part. First it would have been free but I had 4000 miles over the 100000 mile limit. I thought ok so I was told 3 to 4 hrs. They were done in one hour and the bill was $292 and a $1.60 part. All labor for one hour. Not happy. More
