Terry worked the numbers, and showed my daughter choices. He was very helpful, and I did not feel any pressure, was very comfortable talking with him. The finance gal at the end of the purchase was so sweet, efficient and honest. Everyone worked as a team! We will definitely be back for our next trade in! More

Hole in tire I got a flat tire , had tripleAAA come change it for me brought my original tire to Hyundai to get it checked out and here they said the plug I alread I got a flat tire , had tripleAAA come change it for me brought my original tire to Hyundai to get it checked out and here they said the plug I already had in my tire had come out , which is funny because I never had by tire plugged at all before bringing it to Hyundai today my car is only one year old and I’ve never taken it anywhere for anything except. Hyundai and they tried to make me feel like I had to of taken it to have it plugged before but I tried to explain that is not true , so my guess is that between the manufacture and Hyundai itself before I bought the car which only had 37 miles someone had that tire plugged and it definitely was not me ,, normally I have great service with Hyundai but in this case I was pretty upset and not very happy with the service I received that day More

Average experience leasing, lacking follow up after My review is pretty stereotypical. My sales guy was nice and personable. He brought us a quote to lease that we thought was too high. He became frustrated when we pushed back which made it awkward to keep working with. The manager came over to discuss our concerns. He came back will a significantly lower price because "we were repeat customers". I get from a business perspective you want to make as much money as possible but frustrating that this loyal customer discount wasn't first offered until we were ready to leave. Upon picking my car up, my sales guy was a bit distracted by another customer he had a later appointment with. Yet other sellers weren't working with anyone. In addition, Finance took awhile until they were available - again very average. Lastly, there was a scratch on my brand new car. I wanted it fixed that day but was told it wasn't possible, that we would add it to a list of things they owed me, and schedule it straight away. That was over two weeks ago and it's still not scheduled. More
