Initial call to schedule service was back in July 2025. Call not returned until April/May 2026 when they called to schedule recall appointment. Car dropped off night before scheduled service (no issues there). Was told everything would be done in one day. Had to call dealership around 3:30pm for update. I live 25-30 minutes from dealership. Was told that the recalls still needed to be done (3 recalls taking 3+ hours which is why I had to leave car vs waiting while being worked on). When called the next day to say car was ready, was told the rear wiper hadn't been replaced (out of stock) and that front wipers had been replaced (didn't need replacing as I had put new ones on a few months ago; wasn't charged for the front wipers) More
