Unfortunately, my experience with this for starters the Tech for my car no longer works there but you could leave a message MIKE ASLAN was his name dealship was the worse experience ever, the shop held my Tech for my car no longer works there but you could leave a message MIKE ASLAN was his name dealship was the worse experience ever, the shop held my car for 3 days, wouldnt return calls, and when I requested to speak to actual manager he too became very unprofessional when I requested a better understanding as to why we arent receiving returns calls, he reads everything off the paper, and says what's the issue, when he never addressed why the delay. Don't go here they will forget your car and blame you for being upset, when requesting information I’ll clean this up into a clear, strong review while keeping your frustration intact but more structured and persuasive. *** Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership was one of the worst I’ve ever had. They kept my car for three days without providing any meaningful updates, and no one returned my calls despite multiple attempts to get information. When I finally asked to speak with a manager, that experience was just as disappointing. Instead of addressing my concerns, he was unprofessional and simply read from paperwork without explaining the delay or taking accountability. When I asked for clarification, he dismissed my concerns and acted as if there was no issue at all. Overall, the lack of communication and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience. It felt like my car was forgotten, and when I tried to get answers, I was made to feel like I was the problem. I would not recommend this dealership if you expect timely updates or professional service. More

It was absolutely horrific. I've decided to never do business at this dealership again. Skye was extremely disrespectful and rude to the point her manager Emily had to advise he I've decided to never do business at this dealership again. Skye was extremely disrespectful and rude to the point her manager Emily had to advise her to go outside. I was scheduled for an appointment a week ahead and the materials were not available. After driving an hr to the dealership arriving close to 8:30am, I wasn't made aware that the materials were unavailable until after 11:30am. This service dept needs to do better at checking stock for upcoming appointments and update their processes and procedures for a better customer client experience. The customer service is non existent. More
