I purchased an ionic Plug-in and Joe was great,! I was very happy with my experience at crestmont Hyundai. The ionic Hybrid plug in was not available in my state and other dealerships would not work I was very happy with my experience at crestmont Hyundai. The ionic Hybrid plug in was not available in my state and other dealerships would not work with us, but it was no problem for Joe. He called 4 different states to make sure I got the car I wanted and I couldn't be happier! I felt that he really cared that I got what I wanted and put in a lot of time and effort to make it happen! Extremely pressured on extended warranty purchase Too lengthy to go into detail. Joe Pelto is the best ever, and it would have been great if he was the only one we had to deal with. I left him 5 to 6 messages to call me after I left the dealership totally frustrated and physically ill and making a reluctant purchase. He never answered my calls or voicemails. Then after I arrived, he still didn't talk to me or even shake my hand after being escorted past him. More

He was not trying to sell us something but was very interested in how he could help. He got the cars we were interested in and got the test drive ready immediately. He was friendly and fun. He is not your typical car salesman at all! After the test drive, there was no pressure. We let him know we wanted to talk price and he was happy to negotiate. He worked with us until we all agreed on the price. The location is covienent -right by the highway, great selection of cars, very clean inviting dealership and very competitive pricing. They are striving to be number 1 in Ohio and it shows! Hyundai are amazing cars and look no further on where to get your next one! I love mine! More
