Smelt smoke under my hood. Really good sales staff, knowledgable financing, and service I live almost 2 hours from Crestmont, but they had the best deal on the used Genesis I wanted. So after some conversations with Rob G., I put down a d I live almost 2 hours from Crestmont, but they had the best deal on the used Genesis I wanted. So after some conversations with Rob G., I put down a deposit and made arrangements to get the vehicle. Long story short, there were some mechanical issues, one of which was illusive. But because the vehicle is still under warranty from Hyundai they were more than able and willing to fix the issues and provide me a loaner vehicle while it was being fixed. In that time they even detailed the car to remove all the swirl marks from the paint in addition. My only criticism would be that their service department put back in interior pieces with greasy hands, thus the tan interior c-pillars and seatbelts have massive grease and dirt hand prints on them that I need to have professionally removed. BUT - I am certain if I lived closer, I would be able to take it to them and they would clean it themselves to make it right. They bent over backwards to make this a great experience for me, and I would recommend them highly. More
