Thorough My check engine light had come on and my car would not accelerate past 25 mph. I spoke with David LaLonde and he guided me to first contacting the Hyundai Roadside assistance to have the car brought to Crestmont. David called to let me know the car had arrived. The next day David informed me about of the service status and that the car was ready for pick-up. When I went to pick up the car while checking out at the service pay window David came up and introduced himself and spoke to me about the car and the service provided. I found this to be a positive customer service touch. I don't recall the lady who handled the payment but she was very friendly. More

What I appreciated most throughout the entire process was not being pressured and being able to take enough time to make an informed decision (thanks for the wealth of knowledge you had with each suv). Completing the process is usually where most of the stress would normally be at its peak. iRob began instantly finding ways to make things happen, finding every way he could to fit the purchase into amy budget. The entire process of completing this purchase was one of the best experiences I’ve ever at a car dealership. More

My purchase I am really happy with my car but am disappointed with the interest rate they gave me.
