I'm in the same sector and fully understand how difficult her job can be. The engine light came on again after we left the dealership. So, we must return again with no loaner. I think the dealership should always have a loner especially when you have to return and its difficult to do so. Emily was a 5. The fact that we must return again is the technician's fault, it's ok, but no loaner is unsettling. It's the dealership's responsibility to put us in a loaner. Again, Emily did her job. My wife must sit in the showroom this Saturday at 8:30am waiting for the repair. More
Jay Valentine at Cresmont I have been to a dozen or so dealerships in search of a new vehicle over the last several months and I happened upon Crestmont Hyundai and the best ca I have been to a dozen or so dealerships in search of a new vehicle over the last several months and I happened upon Crestmont Hyundai and the best cars salesman I’ve ever worked with, Jay Valentine. He was straight forward through out the quick and simple transaction. Made sure my concerns with the used car were handled quickly and there were never any miscommunications that I’ve often encountered with other dealerships and salesmen. He seemed to have a good relationship with everyone else at the dealership which helped us both to get things handled and get me happily down the road. If I am ever in the market for another vehicle I will be calling Mr. Valentine first and I absolutely recommend anyone else reading this to do the same, you won’t be disappointed by the level of service you’ll receive from him and the rest of his team.
