Dissatisfied with the time it took almost 2 months to get a part and have it installed. The part replacement job was only supposed to take a half hour. I was there 2.5 hours waiting between my jobs. The person working decided to take his lunch without completing my part replacement. The person at the desk knew I had to leave and finished the job. He was very nice but not sure of his name. I'm very disappointed and upset that your staff isnt trained to put customers first when they are waiting (except the guy at the desk). More

The service department is full of rude and un-helpful individuals. Specifically the service department manager (he's a real xxxxxxx).
