The first time with service center was horrible and the pick, this time I came for a light they knew they didn’t have in stock and I drove up there but in your favor I did get to speak on my concerns not o pick, this time I came for a light they knew they didn’t have in stock and I drove up there but in your favor I did get to speak on my concerns not only on service but on the sales department as well. No call when the car was completed. Brought my car in on Thursday morning. Was over a holiday weekend and no way to get my car back till Monday had to ask to have it washed before pick Brought my car in on Thursday morning. Found the door handle with a gouge out of it, something pink smeared on the headliner and oil drips on the hood of the car. The car was left unlocked over the weekend. Called several times on Thursday afternoon around 4 with no one answering and no way to leave a message. The phone just rang. Had to call Monday to get any update. Not much of an apology but said they would replace the handle. No one has contacted us about that repair yet. More
