I scheduled my car for recall work and asked the guy on the phone if the parts would be in...he assured me they would be..i even called the day before to make sure and again assured me they would ve in..on the phone if the parts would be in...he assured me they would be..i even called the day before to make sure and again assured me they would ve in..only to find out..no part for one of the recalls...they would have to order....the car is my sons and he is leaving for the rest of the summer...tried to make it work but was misled..not impressed with people doing business like that More

My car was I. The shop for 2 weeks. They had to order a part for a recall. I think they should’ve had the part ready for me cause they knew they were going to do t The shop for 2 weeks. They did offer me a discount because of how long my car was in the shop and I think they forgot about it because I had to make three calls to remind them to keep working on it. More
