Brought truck in for multiple issues. As always, dealership claims it's normal or nothing is wrong. I had a nail in my tire tread (NOT SIDEWALL) and was told they couldn't fix it. I had a Cresmont statement saying I could get a free oil change and filter if I had a 2020 Hyundai rogue after February 20th 2020. Apparently, I didn't read the fine print probably like many people and came down there and find out the only way I could get the oil change whisper like $90 plus tax. The service representative was very rude and actually in front of another customer said 'well are you gonna get the oil change or not'? I'm surprised a little old lady behind me just didn't turn around and walk out. I certainly would've. He's been rude before, but his tone of voice, in making that question was like he's mad at me for something? I'm too polite to say what I think of them at this point, but it's fair to say I certainly won't travel for an hour to get service at your dealership in the near future. Also, because of this type of service in the past from this guy, I don't think I'll be buying any cars there soon . In fact my wishes to avoid that place altogether. More
