Don't sign a decline of maintaince quickest oil change ever!! Got home no fluids topped off, engine air and cabin filters needed replaced no mention of that. No form stating things were good. I showed up about 25 minutes late, I was having a horrible day. Brendan reassured me I had made it in time and that they could still take my appointment. Cresmont Service Department took care of my car and in about an hour I was on my way back to dealing with my water heater busting. Thanks, Brendan!!! More

The actual work performed was not good with respect to the oxidized window trim. The saving grace was Jeff Russ in customer service.
