They have deteriorated immensely since Roger W. and his son Craig left. I stayed with them for about a year and every time I went in for an oil change, All of the assistant service managers were different. Then came the push for un-needed repairs. The coup de grace occurred in February of 2022 when they put a front passenger side hubcap on so loose that it fell off somewhere on the highway. When I complained about it, demanding a free replacement, the assistant service manager complained that it would cost him 100 bucks (when I would guess they get if from their supplier for around 30.) When I came in at their convenience (a 60 mile round trip), The same assistant service manager insinuated that I was some kind of scam artist. Goodbye Crestmont after 11 years. Now I'm getting my 17 year old Corolla worked on in Morristown. I noticed there a similar pattern: Revolving door assistant service managers and they're slowly coming up with un-needed repairs. I'm giving them one more chance and then it's on to Clinton. I may be screwed anyway since I wouldn't be shocked if all three dealers are owned by the same LLC. More

My salesperson Andy was very professional and good to deal with. I had a new car built & shipping from Kentucky. The finance guy got us a little annoyed because he had to keep doing credit inquiries to get us a lower rate. I really don’t think he was trying to get me the best rate at first because I financed through them. I should’ve financed through my credit card company to cut down on the 4 inquiries on my credit report. I have excellent credit and I don’t play about that. Now, my reason for the 3 stars is after buying a car service. Now that I have the car, when I call the customer service number Michelle always answers with an attitude and she’s not helpful at all! Crestmont Toyota sent me a postcard saying my plates & registration was ready for pickup. I live in PA so it’s an1 1/2 drive, I need them mailed to me. At first, she tells me they can’t be mailed. Then she tells me, she can’t find my name in the system so I give her my sons name and she finds it then. This is not my first time calling and she had a bad attitude each time I called and one time I heard her blow her breath before she put me on hold. Plus she talks over you. So for those reasons I wouldn’t recommend this car dealer. How you are treated After you buy the car is everything! More
