Very pleasant but transmission issue is still not resolved. Car is not going into gears smoothly and after complete stop, 1st gear has raced several times. I was asked to return for more testing. About 2 weeks earlier they replaced transmission fluid. So resolution still remains. More

The typical switch and bait on financing was tried on an elderly couple who drove over 4 hours to buy a vehicle online. We arrive the following day, but the dealership refused the letter of financing from the bank! Wow after you advised the day before that was all that was needed, now it’s not accepted. Conveniently the alternative is dealer financing at a higher rate which screams predatory lending and targeting elderly buyers with excellent credit. More
